Mango coconut pudding

What do you do when you have nothing in the fridge but a mango and some leftover coconut cream? Make a mango coconut pudding! 

This recipe is the easiest one ever and you won’t believe how good it tastes.

Ingredients

1 mango
4 heaping spoons of coconut whipping cream

Blend the mango until smooth. Add the cream to the blender and mix it just for 3 seconds. Added the mixture to a little jar and let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours. Heaven!! So creamy!

You can also throw the mixture in the freezer to make vegan mango ice cream. And you can use any fruit instead of mango or use different toppings.
